As a Nurse Clinician (NC), you will be responsible for coordinating an interprofessional team in the provision of quality patient (client, resident) care to meet operational priorities and requirements within a clinical setting. You will use an integrative leadership approach to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating care needs, while assuming responsibility for staff assignments, patient flow, and clinical resources. You will play a key role in providing safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centred care while reflecting the organization¿s shared vision and values.
Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
